Hakikisha mwili wako umenyooka kuanzia vidoleni hani kichwani. Kunja mabega yako mpaka uwe kama unagusa sakafu. Rudi juu kwa kujinyanyua kwa kutumia mabega, hakikisha mwili wako umenyooka mwanzo hadi mwisho. Fanya hivi mara kadhaa ukiwa unaongeza idadi siku hadi siku.
Hauna haja ya Gym, hauna haja ya kununua kifa chochote, unaweza kufanya zoezi hili hata ukiwa ofisini. Na hii ndio dondoo ya leo.
Somali men found guilty of piracy in Kenya
Nine men accused of hijacking German vessel in Gulf of Aden in 2009, will serve five years in jail.
Kenyan court in the coastal city of Mombasa sentenced nine Somalis
to five years in prison each for attempting to hijack the
German merchant vessel MV Courier in the Gulf of Aden in March 2009.
The men were arrested by international anti-piracy forces before
being handed over to Kenya to be prosecuted, as Somalia was not
considered able to try them properly.
Although the number of attacks has fallen markedly since 2011 thanks
to tougher security aboard ships and increased Western naval patrols,
piracy emanating from the Horn of Africa nation may still cost the world
economy about $18bn a year, the World Bank said in April.
Prosecutors told the court on Tuesday the men attacked the ship
armed with a rocket launcher, an AK-47 rifle, a pistol, a SAR80 carbine
rifle, and other weapons.
"The suspects used violence to hijack the vessel, and took control of
it, putting in fear the lives of those aboard," prosecutors said in the
charge sheet.
Kenyan officials said 18 crew on board survived the ordeal. The nine
suspects were held in custody at one of Kenya's maximum security prisons
during the trial period. They all denied the accusations.
While handing out the sentence, the court noted that the accused had
already served a long term in jail while the trial was in progress, and
therefore were given shorter jail terms.
"I am satisfied with the evidence presented by the prosecution, which
proves beyond reasonable doubt that an act of piracy was committed,"
judge Stephen Riech said. Riech ordered the nine to be deported to
Somalia after serving their sentences.
Last month another nine Somalis were handed a similar sentence at the
same court, after also being found guilty of hijacking a ship in the
Gulf of Aden in 2010.

Fuel discharge at Dar port improves
The coming into use of the “Single Point Mooring” (SPM) for discharging fuel from ships has greatly enhanced efficiency at Dar es Salaam port, the Petroleum Importation Coordinator Ltd (PIC) General Manager Michael Mjinja said yesterday.
Briefing journalists on the status of the bulk oil procurement system, he said that the application of the new system in discharging fuel has helped to a great extent to reduce congestion at the port.
Before introduction of the system, between 7 and eight vessels were needed to deliver the monthly diesel supply, but under the new system which can handle bigger vessels, the number of tankers has been cut to only two and at most three, he said.
Mjinja said that a vessel carrying between 95,000 and 100,000 metric tonnes of the fuel takes four to five days to discharge through the SPM.
Commenting on tendering by the oil marketing companies he said competition was stiff, although there was no big difference in the transportation cost (premium).
He said PIC normally used the system of pre-qualification, and that this year 30 oil marketing companies have been pre qualified for importing petroleum products.
He said six companies have been participating in the tenders and that only Gapco Tanzania Limited was local.
The GM attributed the poor participation of local companies to lack of understanding of the new system of bulk procurement and financial capability.
He said for a company to import 350,000 metric tonnes of petroleum products, it needed to have USD 500 million.
“The foreign companies are used to this system; it is new to our local companies, but also needs huge capital outlay,’ he said.
He said that Augusta Energy SA and Gapco Tanzania Limited have been winning the tenders of importing fuel because they quoted low transport costs.
He said since January the premium cost has been decreasing from 71 USD per metric tonne and will in September be 37 USD per metric tonne.
This has had impact on demurrage costs which dropped from 10.44 USD per metric tonne in tender number 7 to 2.07 USD per metric tonne in tender number 10.
The drop however has not had a significant impact on pump prices because these were determined by the world oil market prices.

Persecuted Christians in Nigeria Need USA Help, Pastor Reaches out to Washington & Capitol Hill
This past week Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor, president of the Christian Association of Nigeria, met with lawmakers on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. calling for U.S. help in the growing violence and persecution of Christians in his home country of Nigeria. There are some 80 million Christian believers in Nigeria. In northern Nigeria there has been terrible suffering at the hands of militant terrorists in their country.
At first, the focus of attacks was upon the churches--killing Christian believers who professed faith in Jesus Christ and burning their buildings to the ground. Now, the terrorists have turned to the schools and are killing innocent children.
Pastor Oritsejafor said at theNational Press Club, "America has a strong history of civil rights and my hope is that our brothers here can awaken the conscience of humanity to stop this genocide."
According to estimates from the Associated Press, more than 800 Christians have lost their lives in the unchecked violence and persecution of Christian believers in Nigeria. The Islamic group, Boko Haram, has has taken credit for the violent bloodshed that has been spilled there. Boko Haram is a militant fringe group whose leader, Abubakar Shekau, will continue to promote violence and persecution throughout the region until all of Nigeria comes under Sharia law.
The sad and disappointing thing for many Nigerians is the lack of U.S. support for them during this crisis. With so much brutality and death taking place at the hands of these militant terrorists in their country, our State Department continues to refuse to designate Boko Haram as a foreign terrorist organization (FTO). Many groups here in the U.S.--including the Family Research Council and the American Center for Law and Justice--have appealed to Secretary John Kerry urging him and the State Department to list Boko Haram as an FTO. Great Britain has already taken this measure in their country.
Pastor Oritsejafor made this trip to Washington hoping to persuade our lawmakers for some financial assistance to help those who have suffered so greatly and experienced tremendous loss. The Nigerian government has promised some financial aid to help the suffering Christians, but little has been done so far.
Oritsejafor is hopeful that his visit will generate some humanitarian assistance for his country. Let's pray that the cries of the people in Nigeria will be heard here in America! The people need our prayers, our love, and our encouragement.
